A gentleman named Matt was extremely helpful and attentive, he answered any and all questions she had. Afterwards she was smiling from ear to ear and had such a brilliant time.\\n\\nThankyou to matt for making her feel welcome to the hobby and thankyou to the stores team for being awesome. “My son 42 has bipolar and agrophobia. He has been unable to go in a shop for 16 years. kev and Matt at the Manchester shop opened up early Sunday morning and let him browse the shop on his birthday. They got him a birthday cupcake and a card andmade him a coffee. They left him alone so he didn't feel anxious. He loves graphic novels and this is the first time his has been able to choose his own in a long time. In his card they invited him to come to the shop anytime he just needed a hour on his own. “Kenji is the one stop for any kawaii style products. From notebooks to plushies.This, however, is talking about the boba tea stall that resides inside Kenji. The staff are always friendly, and the service is relatively fast with a nice selection. A bit too sweet for my taste sometimes but that means they aren't skimpy with the syrup ? Overall a very good stop for boba if you're in the Arndale!”

“Great staff always greet you but if it wasn't for Gift With Purchase I would probably rarely use the shop as you'll rarely find any discounts on sets where as Argos and Smyths regularly do discount on sets.”
