Extremely rude gentleman behind the counter with the beard. Not willing to listen and very dismissive and condescending. I would travel 100 miles out of my way before experiencing customer service like that again as life can be hard enough.

Only been with this chemist about 4 months. They have messed us about 90% of the time. We order the medication a week before, when we ring to find out if it’s ready for collection -they know nothing about it. They always blame the GP.Don’t bother with this chemist, they’re a waste of time.
