The staff are caring and know that if I run out of pills on a Wednesday they get them in quick and make sure they're ready for pick up Tuesday, despite me only ordering them online Monday. They get to know you by name and ask after you. You also get a text when your meds are ready.”

“A very good place to collect or have medication delivered if nominated with your doctors practice is they can send your prescription electronically.This saves time of writing a paper copy.If you require other things from this pharmacy just call in and see if they have them, the best Cohens Chemist, I find is at Crompton Health Centre 501 Crompton Way Bolton BL1 8UP.The staff are superb caring polite and very helpful they will contact other Branches if the item you want. Is not in stock and if you have not got a car they will see if the other Branch will deliver the goods to you.”

“Great service my dad had a terminal illness and needed a rocket drain bottle, they were in short supply and other pharmacies advised their wholesalers were out of stock, I called Rocket direct and they said if the pharmacy called them directly and set up an account with them we could get the bottles within a few days, other pharmacies were unwilling to do this but halliwell late night pharmacy were happy to do this I can’t thank Barry and the team enough.”
