“If you want to buy an envelope or packaging you have to get it from the bit of the shop that isn't a post office. He won't take card payments under £3. You can't combine the purchase with your spend at the post office so basically: unless you've got cash or use your own packaging you can't really use this post office. If you have your own parcel ready to send they're great and very nice and helpful staff. If not, it's a bit weird.”
