“I had to leave a review just for the sake of balancing all the negative ones on here! How can you all complain about a post office that is open at all sorts of hours, during the week, and weekends, and bank Holidays? How many other PO do you know that do that? What more do you want from them blood? I have been here several times now and its been open at all times, from 9am, to 7pm, to 4 pm on a Sunday! Ive also been served by a younger man, to a middle aged woman and an older man. Great customer service from every single one of them. Free parking right outside a huge bonus!”

“Mohan, the man who assisted us was absolutely lovely. Extremely helpful and patient. Gave us advice and clearly had our best interest at heart regarding our package which wasn't fully protected by the box we had brought. Helped us pick out a new box and assisted us with what we needed. I have also previously seen him assit others in this way.”

“I have found the staff to be always helpful and they go the extra mile to offer advice which is beneficial for the customers. Once they took in a parcel even after the closing hour which was rather helpful. The front desk staff also help out whenever they can.However, they really need to get back to their normal hours now, since we are all back at work and shorter hours do not help get our business done.”

“I was having problems with a parcel. The adress was wrong. Street and house number from my old adress and post code from my new. Seller didn't want to cancel the sale and even after I alerted them about the mistake, product was shipped anyway.Luckily my parcel ended up in the hands of Mr. Clive Bholo from the Streatham DO office.He could just return it to sender, but decided to go the extra mile...he looked for my fone number and gave me a call saying he would be holding it for me. “I use this post office quite regularly and the truth is there is only one member of staff responsible for the terrible reviews. There are two employees a man and woman (appear to be of indian decent) who wear glasses (not the large man) and they are extremely helpful every time and always polite. There is also a younger guy who does the till for the shop section and he's also very helpful and seems a nice lad.However, there is one middle aged guy (appears to be thai or malaysian) who is exceptionally rude to everyone. He shouts through the microphone and tells customers to give him their items rather than just ask politely to put them through. I've actually been lucky enough never to have been served by him, but the times I have been in and he's been working he has been so rude to other customers in-store. There was one foreign customer who admitted he didn't speak very good english and the post guy was shouting at him to shut the curtain and give him the passport when he was trying to update the photo. It just didn't look good.It's a shame because I'm not sure who runs the post office but the majority of staff are actually really nice and they've even advised me how to save money posting items to get away with things going through the letter box.If this one man was to leave, I feel the shop would get much better reviews like it deserves on the most part.”

“The staff is very kind and works hard, it is just a very depressing ambient. Needs to be refreshed and the lighting begs for mercy. It gets sometimes long but i think it's due to lack of staff rather than slowness.”
