I came in at 4.35pm asking to verify my identity to unblock my online banking advised by telephone customer services as i forgot all my passwords. The clerk at the front refuse to do so because \\\"it'll take too long and they're closing in 15 mins, which isn't enough time.\\\" (They close at 5pm, approx. 25 mins) They are lazy incompetent workers in there that could not be bothered to do their work. I've had to verify my identity for online banking before and the process did not take more than 15 mins. HSBC needs to employ better workers or just close down this branch.

Bad attitude, except saying ?you have to bring your passport? there?s no other words from the assistant.\\nI do understand that I should bring my passport to solve my account issues, but could you please listening to my problems first?\\nExcept this branch, all other HSBC in London has good services and very helpful.\\nHope the manger could try to strengthen the training, and if the assistant has racial discrimination, hope she could treat others better than me.\\nBest wishes.

I hope you guys will take action on this and the customer was waiting outside the bank for nearly 5 to 10 minutes and from inside the staff is telling us that they will open at 10am..you guys should not just change timing online but from the shop as well... The staff was not good at all...

No disrespect to the staff, but do customers know about HSBC's funding of climate heating? They say, \\\"The climate crisis is something we take very seriously\\\" and yet they've invested $111 billion in climate destroying fossil fuels in the last 5 years. Greenwash won't wash. It's time to switch to an ethical bank - see switchit.money. The stickers spotted on the ATMs tell the truth.

Very rude staff! A pregnant employee insulted me at the office branch instead of answering my question and threatened to withdraw my application and that I am very welcome to use services of any other bank. I have been waiting for three months to open a bank account, still not resolved. Extremely disappointed. Do not recommend this bank at all.

I have been to this branch several times and they always dont have time to fix small issues that take no longer than 10 minutes. Today they said they wont have enough time to serve 5 people before me for an hour before they close... Why this branch even exists I have been there more than 2-3 times where I had to go to Westfield....

Slowest service... Opening a bank account, come tomorrow, come later.. I provide all documents account is open but they send me letters to continue to open my account i have to provide the following documents which i have already provided.. Going in the branch, come tomorrow, come later..?
