Shocking service.Booked a privately paid for ear suction appointment for 5.40pm on Friday 11th August on their Patient Access booking system, only to be told ahead of arrival (5.25pm) that the last appointment is at 4pm.Not acceptable.

Shame I'm not local enough to use the pharmacy side of this place as from my experience the counter staff and pharmacists are really friendly. Wouldn't recommend as somewhere to go for your seasonal covid jab though, as twice I've booked an appointment, travelled from Crystal Palace and am yet to actually receive a vaccine.... read full comment
