One of the more badly service wich I have seen, worst service possible, rude staff, I bought a coffee machine a month ago it broke a week later, I paid £600 for a broken machine, when I contacted them to return the abr to exchange for another one they said it was impossible, even though it was under warranty for 2 years

Title: Disappointing Customer Service Experience at Stepney CurryI recently had a disappointing experience at Stepney Curry that I feel compelled to share. Visiting the store around 1 o'clock in the afternoon, I found it surprisingly empty. Despite my attempts to seek assistance from staff members, they acknowledged me but chose to ignore my requests for help.Upon finding the items I needed, the checkout experience further added to my frustration. Two staff members engaged in a conversation for an extended period, delaying the payment process. Despite being acknowledged, my attempts to pay were repeatedly ignored. Eventually, I was directed to the camphor warehouse till, where an additional 10-minute wait ensued.Expressing my concern to the manager, Christian, only led to an accusation of dishonesty, creating an uncomfortable situation. The overall lack of urgency and communication among staff members prolonged the process unnecessarily. To top it off, when payment was finally accepted, I was denied a receipt.This is not an isolated incident, as I've encountered similar issues on previous visits. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for improvement. A more efficient and customer-focused approach would greatly enhance the overall experience at Stepney Curry.

This shop could easily be fully self service with an AI chatbot.The service is ZERO, was in there for over 30mins looking for someone and no one cares to ask or help.When i finally got to ask a question, the TV "expert" was useless.Didnt know about LG TVs at all, nor Samsungs... most standard brand I assume.They told me to check prices on the Curry website.. whats the point of coming all the way to the shop??

My friend said I should just buy a computer screen online. No, I said, I want to feel the product, get expert in-person advice, feel assured that I'm spending my precious money on precious things.Why go to Curry's then, you may ask. I guess "Hope" is the answer.Hope that was squashed within minutes of my arrival. Tracking down a staff member took forever. Any question I had was answered with: you should check online. Any follow-up question led to the person looking it up online themselves. I love standing next to people googling things for me and then giving me the wrong answer and me having to google it to double check.I waited another eternity after being assured that they had the product in store (the one I had to google). Which they then didn't. "Would you like me to order it for you?". No, thanks. I know how the internet works.

Disorganised with creation though they highlighted it on their website. Had to go through it twice and they couldn't help me after waiting 2*40minutes. I got approved finance from creation and followed all the procedures mentioned. They took my personal information and end of the day, they were unable to help me and they asked to to contact creation.wish I could ignore them forever

Currys usually pretty helpful when I go there, but for some reason assistant were very scarce on the floors so I Decided to exit.

Rest of the store is alright, but the TV section guy is completely useless. How are you glued onto one potential customer, and ignoring the 3-4 others around you also seeking support. He needs to get job training again fr cause in no way was he acting like a sales assistant.

Many Thanks to Fahim and Kaleda at Currys Mile End who were very helpful and respective to my needs. Their interactions were very polite from beginning to end and they managed to get me the service/product i needed.

Terrible experience. I was with my mother, buying a television. We were assured by the manager that once the staff member at the till had finished with his customer, he would come to help us. We waited over 15 minutes to be served, This did not happen, so we walked up front, where we witnessed the same staff member serving another customer after the one he should have finished with!We walked out and went to the Beckton branch, where we received service straight away!
