Called customer service on Boxing Day to ask for a refund for a faulty product (noise cancelling headphones) bought online on 27 Nov as a Xmas present for my daughter, but as it was outside their 30 day refund policy was only offered an exchange. Absolutely a1 Service by sadio, even thou had to wait a while, I was dealt with efficiently, and some sound advice by the gentleman.I much prefer now to purchase in-store, rather than online.
