The bank makes an effort to provide good customer service, but its internal processes are dreadful. Reactivating my account, which I hadn't used due to moving abroad, proved impossible. The internal requirements make staying as a customer overly complicated. In the end, we opted for a competitor bank, finding a more modern and less bureaucratic alternative for our banking needs.

This is a big branch with all the facilities, including lots of terminals inside. Staff are friendly and efficient. However, there is always a long queue and so a long wait to get served. I had to wait 20mins, and the queue was building up. Eventually, a 2nd cashier started serving...which helped considerably.

Seriously understaffed. The queue is massive all the time and there is only one or two cashiers. 30 min wait is minimum

Worst customer service ever from a lady working there.I understand Oxford Street is busy and tiring as I'm working there as well, but you can't treat your customers without any respect and contemt.The other guys are friendly though.Completely traumatized and shocked I left the brunch yesterday.

Often long queues and only one teller available. With the amount of profits they make they can certainly afford to employ mote tellers. Sometimes wait 45mins to be served which is ridiculous and insultingly poor treatment of customers

Always understaffed, on the rare occasion when they do work the machines are so slow they're practically useless. Expect very very long ques, the staff have been generally quite nice to me but I have heard them be quite rude with other customers. The whole operation is just not properly managed, maintained and definitely not properly staffed. Unless you're happy to spend at least twenty minutes to half an hour standing around waiting then avoid.

Useless Management. At 4pm bank was very busy in Depositing cash people. Manager watching Phone. I spoke to him. But he gave me excuses. Useless. On the counter only 1 person & there were 12 Customer in queue.

There is always a problem with their ?system? and only three people working in a oxford street branch bank to deal with this nearly never-functioning system. Also always closing earlier than when they are supposed to, so no respect for people?s time who travel distances to use services. This has happened to me four times, and that?s just me.

Atrocious customer service.On 23rd Aug approximately between 12.50 pm and 1pm, after entering the branch, I met with a man at the customer service counter to check if I can exchange four old £20 notes.He rudely and arrogantly told me that only account holders can exchange. Fine, I asked him if I can exchange anywhere else. He rudely says, he doesn?t know. I politely asked him if there is a Citibank branch, for that too he says rudely he doesn?t know.At that point in time, I asked him what his name is. He barked at me saying he doesn?t need to tell me his name. I pointed to his cc camera and told him that his arrogant and rude behaviour is getting recorded.He didn?t care!This is the level of customer service??? Appalling!!!

On the morning of 11 July, at 10am, a young man unlocked the door of this branch at 113 Oxford Street, London. He then attended to me at the inquiries desk. I cannot thank him enough for his help. He was an absolute prince. Changed my day from one of worry and depression to relief and happiness, allowing me to enjoy my holiday. Sadly, I cannot recall his name, but I shall remember him always with gratitude.

Ridiculous bank, I just need to collect a letter and I am the last one to leave the bank. The staff keep serving people behind me. Until anyone else is gone, I was finally served.In this bank, ?just a sec? = at least 1h and ?I will serve you later? = forever!During the time I was waiting, countless people left with frustration as they had been waited so long and they could not wait any longer. Some staff were just walking back and forth, back and forth without doing anything. What is even more unbelievable is one functional area has completely no staff while at the other one you see staff playing with his/her mobile phone!

I am not happy with all staffs here.This location?s staffs are not friendly. I came in for a deposit. The atm suddenly not working, then I came straight to the cashier, they were keeping complaints that why was so busy, and they couldn?t have time to do anything. Plus, they didn?t give me a good service . I am a customer, It wasnt my mistake to make them unhappy, I come for your service, I shouldn?t receive bad attitudes from you when I didn?t do anything wrong ?????

I have been coming to this branch every week.This is Unbelievable How little staff is working in there.Every week i have had the same problem with waiting time.It is ridiculous to wait more than 20? to do deposit/ or wait for someone to help you with your account.Could you Please add more staff to the branch? Corona happened 3 years ago, so giving excuse with corona should already be gone.there are more people coming to London, and people do things in person rather than online so i believe you should be fine with your labour and help the staff cause they are working well too hard and its not good for them to make them stressed when u have 20 people in the queue and only 2 staff at the cashier desk.
