I returned an item recently bought at outside of London. I made the mistake of not bringing a physical card with me (all on my phone!). While I could drop-off at Bromley, the refund needed to be processed by the original store. Bromley refunding it created an awkward accounting balance to sort later. (As a freelancer I understand how much of a headache and paperwork that can cause). Ideally I needed to make the 40mins drive home to get the card. Instead the store manager Matt called the other store and they worked it out. I was able to return the item there and then. Greatly appreciated. Top service.

Great store! Lots of stuff on display and the staff are really helpful.You can also book a demo and they will also do an on the spot demo. So if you pop in and ask. They are so helpful and willing to offer a demonstration on anything they have on display!

Beware of the upselling.The service was nice and friendly, but underneath the veneer is unscrupulous upselling.I would not have written this review if it were not for the fact that the information given to me today had me travel all the way the Croydon branch during a train strike because they insisted I needed it to meet building compliance. I found out later from a former employee and now qualified electrician that I did not need it and that this was just the typical upselling that employees are trained to do.I told the salesman that I was about to go to there Croydon store and he never even thought about stopping me. Wasted a whole day!

A very small shop crammed full of tech. My only gripe is I asked for a cable when I made my streamer purchase only to be told. It's only held at the warehouse. So richer sounds missed out on another £99. Just wonder how many more customers have been left wanting like this. So hence my star rating of only 4*. Room for improvement.

Great customer service. Emailed a few days ahead asking about a product and they very kindly reserved for me to pick up at the weekend.Nice to be able to support a high street retailer rather than Amazon etc

Just received my Audiolab cdt 6000 today brand new as a replacement for the "open box" one that the courier company managed to misplaced. Matt and the team when above and beyond in their efforts to trace it but it had disappeared. Matt made sure that I got an unbeatable deal on the new unit.I couldn't be happier with the 1st class customer service that I received and would recommend Richer Sounds to anyone!Thanks again to the whole team at RS Bromley.

Just following on from my review about my ace CHORD DAC I bought here a few months ago. During Black Friday I asked the guys here if they could do me a deal on the KEF LSX II and they duly offered one up. I then delayed in responding by well over a month and when I went back cap in hand. They honoured the original deal and then delivered it within a day or so. Huge thanks to the team here, the service is second to none.

Matt was amazing. He even looked up and measured the size of my old TV and made sure the new one fitted over my sound base. 6 year guarantee is gold and I?d never go anywhere else for the service. 6 stars!

I had a great experience with Matt and his colleague. They were very professional and nice. They prepared a dedicated room to test the audio quality of an amplifier and compact systems. I had the opportunity to try different hi-fi systems with no rush and find the products I wanted.

Great support from the team here. Helped my elderly parents choose and install a TV and soundbar. We're very patient and diligent.I've boughtv3 or 4 tv's from these guys before and would definitely recommend them
