I returned an item recently bought at outside of London. I made the mistake of not bringing a physical card with me (all on my phone!). Great store! Lots of stuff on display and the staff are really helpful.You can also book a demo and they will also do an on the spot demo. So if you pop in and ask. They are so helpful and willing to offer a demonstration on anything they have on display!
