A really lovely stay, Check in was smooth and simple and just at the entrance as you arrive into the toby carvery. I arrived around 6pm after a 3 hour journey, and car parking was a little tight, however manager to secure a spot. The staff were very lovely, they worked with a smile on their face which was refreshing.\\nThe room was clean, bedding towels, bathroom etc. The heater was easy to work and warmed up the room relatively quickly. The only thing missing was a hairdryer which was disappointing.

Lovely groundfloor room with king-size bed \\u0026 nice toiletries. Good breakfast including vegetarian options served til late, but would have liked option of fruit salad \\u0026 yogourt. Located v handy...opposite station \\u0026 direct train from Charing Cross.
