Attending an awards event (we won one?)Food was a significant improvement on the grub normally served at these sort of things. Staff were great, excellent service. Pricey drinks but it's a hotel in London so what else could you expect?

Very modern and clean hotel, lovely decoration. Everything works perfectly. 5 star and not lying about it.Staff is adorable and efficient.Fantastic location.Result: I absolutely loved this hotel and would go back with no hesitation next time I?m in London.Rooms: Very clean. Bed a bit hard for my liking but good pillows.

Excellent location next to Hyde Park with easy access from Paddington Station. Staff at the hotel were very attentive and the room was comfortable. Would highly recommend and will stay again.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here. The service here is incredible! The staff is very polite, tentative, and caring. We also got a free room upgrade that included breakfast, and it was such a nice treat.The rooms are pretty spacious, with a gorgeous view of the London skyline and Hyde Park. Everything was pristine, clean, and comfortable.Nipa Thai, the thai restaurant inside the hotel, incredible as well, I recommend getting one of the curries.We will definitely be back to stay here the next time we?re in London!

Great stay for my wife?s 40th birthday. Handily located right on a tube line so great access to everywhere we wanted to go.Staff were friendly, left balloons and a cake in the room which was a lovely touch.Very clean and modern and classic rooms were spacious.Highly recommend.

This was our second stay at this hotel. What made us choose this hotel for the second timewas the cleanliness of the room and the overallatmosphere of the hotel, the very friendly and respectful behavior of the staff, the excellentbreakfast, also, there is a cafe in the hotel thatserves afternoon tea, and it is one of the best interms of the quality of the ingredients and the attitude of the staff.We returned home with a hand full of gifts from the kind staff of the complex. A gift for my husband's birthday, the kindness of the staff at the cafe for the very delicious cream they gave us, and also the gift from the staff at the reception during check-out. My choice for the next trip will undoubtedly be this hotel.

I was there for a conference and would first like to praise the patient and friendly staff at the door and at the reception. The rooms are large, bright and a few have a great view of the park. When my beloved stuffed animal ended up in the laundry, I thought I'd never see it again. But the hotel did everything and everyone to find it again and Sid actually sat in my room that evening.The breakfast is great and plentiful, you can eat a la carte or buffet. However, it would make more sense to set up a coffee or tea machine. In 4 days I hadn't received my tea once during breakfast, either not at all or, after repeated requests, 30 minutes later when I was leaving. The service structure should be changed here. I hope that next year my tea comes with breakfast ;)Food & drinks: I can highly recommend the food in Harry's Bar. The burger was very tasty. If you have special drink requests (cocktails/long drinks), it is advisable to write down the ingredients, then you will be served well here.

We were asked by a client to provide a cocktail service at the hotel for a 2 day corporate event.All of the staff at the hotel were fantastic, even though we were working in their hotel they were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They really are a credit to the company. Thank you all.
