Then both ears were dewaxed at a cost of £65.Quick and painless procedure - Well worth it and has improved my hearing no end. Friendly & knowledgeable - I would definitely recommend this service. Many thanks !!”

Office 2“I have used this pharmacy since my mother and father have become frail and due to Covid 19 basically housebound. My experience has only been excellent, medication has always arrived on time and if there have been any issues they have been quickly sorted out. I can't praise this company enough as working full time and looking after my parents it's one less thing I have to worry about. A big shout out to the delivery drivers as well as they stop to have a quick chat and to make sure everything is alright, which I have to say is very rare these days.”

Parton Rd“I’m from out of town and having terrible problems with even getting a repeat prescription from my surgery. I came into the Parton Road Pharmacy and was blown away by all the help I received from Sarah and the friendly gentleman on the front desk. They totally exceeded my expectations and got me some emergency meds until o can get into see my own G.P. When I get home. What a joy and relief. Thank you so much. A++”
“In response to some comments: I do the best I can with deliveries, I can only deliver what I am given. Deliveries are 3 days a week, I haven't had a holiday since doing this the last 3 years ( just the odd day here and their), I love my job delivering medication. The majority of people receiving the deliveries are very grateful and friendly. As for stock...well most pharmacies are in the same situation as us. Their is limited stock of most medicines nation wide. Its not our fault, we do the best we can. We can't be held responsible for suppliers not delivering to us, it's out of our hands. Everyone just needs to be polight and respectful.”

38-46 Eastgate Street“While inside Boots today I realised that their lift doesn't stop at the floor I needed - I went to buy a beard trimmer which is on the first floor (the next floor up from ground). I'm using crutches and pushing myself trying to start to walk again after a massive accident this year. I ended up having to take the escalator up and back down to buy what I was looking for.Surprised that such a big shop didn't have a lift to this floor as the escalator was 'fun' to get on and off with one good leg. Not disabled friendly!”

153A Stroud Rd“I've tried many local pharmacies and Stroud Road beats them all hands down. I'm on so many medicines that other pharmacies have to order every time and this can sometimes take days, but here, they always ensure they keep some of each in stock, despite only me being on them. Staff are also so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend ?”

St James'“The assistants in store are always friendly, helpful and accommodating. It’s a little frustrating that for whatever reason there often seem to be problems getting prescriptions from the doctors next door and they don’t always have the items I required in stock, which can be worrying. This is, I understand, most often a problem with imported supply of certain medicines.”

5 Brookfield Rd“I pondered on 5 star but erred on the side of caution. My first visit to this pharmacy who (hopefully) will now be doing my prescriptions. I'd read some harsh reviews but paid little heed to them. The Assistant was friendly and welcoming and my script was ready and waiting. There is SO much pressure on pharmacy services at present, and I wish people would make allowances. I'm sure there will be "blips", from time to time, but this was a good start!”
“Always very polite, helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and they also always seem like such a happy bunch of people even when they are facing a huge queue and people complaining. Currently my favourite pharmacy. I've stayed with them even after I've moved from the area”

Unit B“The lovely pharmacist at the branch followed up on my flu jab appointment. He dicussed my completely unrelated issue, offered more help than the consultant and called me back multiple times to see how I was getting on the whole of November. I had an operation a few months ago and he went out of his way to do research at home to educate me further. Given these difficult times, he was very charming and wish he was the permanent there. Very satisfied and grateful to him”
“I left Asda and decided to come to glevum, wow best decision ever! Yes things can go wrong from time to time ?but it's not the chemists fault ,it's the drs surgery ,we tend to quickly blame the chemist becuz we are there at that moment ??but hey I'm greatful as Asda chemist was on another level?and there isn't enough space for me to write about that ?Well done glevum and to all the workers ?Michelle x”
“Always treat me well, don't listen to the reviews about certain members of staff, everyone is polite and helpful, it's just a busy workplace. If you speak to staff politely you always get a polite response.”

1 Old Cheltenham Rd“Good service at all Badhams chemists that I've visited so far. Recently took over the Lloyds Chemists in Longlevens and service has improved tremendously (I previously had to change to Lloyds in Sainsbury's, Barnwood because Lloyds, Longlevens seldom had my wife's drugs on stock)”
“It seems odd to write a review about a pharmacy but I couldn’t not show my appreciation to them as they were wonderful.I popped in on 23/11/22 and spoke to the pharmacist regarding an issue my mum was having with her eye and he was absolutely brilliant and so helpful, I couldn’t thank him enough. Such a pleasant and kind gentleman and seemed like he genuinely cared.I also had brief interactions with the two ladies behind the counter and they were also both lovely and offered advice and guidance as well.I honestly left the chemist with a smile genuinely just because of how lovely and friendly everyone was which is rare in a lot of places you go now adays. Working for the NHS can’t be easy so I just want to say thank you so so much to you all for all of your dedication and hard work.”
