Awful experience. Was advised to speak to a pharmacist regarding my cough and pain. Was told 5mins when I entered only to wait 20mins... while waiting I notice other people also getting FOBBED off with the same 5minutes.... that more like 15mins.When eventually the pharmacist came out to speak to me she rude asks her colleague...

Rang for a repeat prescription. I l let the phone ring for 14 minutes but the pharmacy did not pick up!!

Trying to call them is an annoying waste of time, it just doesn't get picked up. Your call is very important to us etc. Answer the phone then. Ringing them on another phone now 18 minutes still no answer. As usual I have to hang up again. Third time today.
