Just finished week one of my membership, Ashley has been amazing supporting me throughout the process start to finish. He listened to what I needed from the club and didn't just deliver a sales pitch. There was never any pressure to sign up. DL Gloucester is so much more than a gym, and as my primary goal is my mental health the wide variety of activities is going to really support my requirements. Thank you Ashley !

I had a tour of David Lloyd Gloucester on Tuesday with Adam. Adam was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer my many questions. The facilities at the club are fantastic and there is a great selection of classes to choose from. The club has a really friendly, community feel and is set up really well for families. I left feeling very impressed!

I had a great experience with the sales team and was spoke to by Adam. We had a great conversation about my needs and what I wanted out of a membership, he then clearly explained the process and made sure I got the best value for money, thank you for making the process so seamless!

After speaking to Adam from the sales team I felt comfortable and settled into the luxurious facilities of the club. a welcoming atmosphere from other members and the front of house team really helped too. I can?t wait to carry on using the gym and even more use from the club.

Had a tour of DL Gloucester today hosted by Liam. Liam was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. The facilities are excellent with lots on offer to members.Package prices look reasonable the only challenge is for members who travel for long periods, although you can freeze your membership for 3 months once a year at a reduced rate.We are certainly giving membership serious consideration.

Staffs are good but club management inept at DL GloucesterAlthough the ground staffs are brilliant, there are several issues:Despite repeatedly raising concerns about card-related issues at the club, the management team seems clueless about resolving the problem.The fee structure for the kids' club is exorbitant, and they charge for sessions they don't conduct, which is simply absurd.Booking tennis courts is a constant challenge as they always appear to be fully booked, mainly reserved by club sessions well in advance, leaving individual members with limited booking opportunities.The swimming pools are overwhelmingly crowded on weekends due to the majority being booked for training sessions.Persistent issues with facilities such as the sauna and cold showers are frequently breaking down.Despite the excellent performance of the ground staff, the same cannot be said for the top management team. Their performance is subpar.
