I had a tour with Ashley and he was really informative about what the facilities provided, and took into consideration what I told him I wanted to achieve when I come to the gym. I’m very pleased with my experience so far.

Was shown around the facility by Adam, very accommodating and knowledgeable about all the equipment and exercises, would definitely recommend anyone to visit here
