Waitrose contains no real surprises and in truth can only be compared with M&S and other Waitrose branches. Whilst this one isn't bad, it still has a long way to go compared to their Ipswich branch for open friendliness and that little bit more customer service

Rude staff, my partner and I were accused of not paying for our shopping when clearly the payment had gone through, as proved by the bank and the fact when we used the self service the card machine said ‘authorised’ and asked if we would like a receipt.
