“How all Co-ops should be. Well laid out, generally well stocked with decent variety considering the size, very friendly and helpful staff! Obviously a bit more expensive than a supermarket but that's the price for convenience!”

“A great place with cheap bargains also the parking spot is such a great place to park the cars. It is also the cheapest and nearest to the town centre I have ever been to the Cheltenham. 1 pound for one hours parking is great and convenient but the only problem is the parking bays are limited so some times it becomes really hard to Find a space in there but still worth looking there.”

“Not the biggest, but all the essentials at a good price. Broken biscuits are a favourite and cashback is handy for the barbers. Pringles are the same price as Tesco with clubcard, £1.65”

“Visit here to mostly purchase bird food, a massive supermarket that sells a wide range of items, nearly always cheaper than most other places. Be worth a visit.”

“One of our favourite supermarkets when we were staying just around the corner in a B\\u0026B.\\n\\nThey have a variety of frozen food that you can cook or reheat, including Indian classics like byrani and tikka chicken. We tried those and they are good. Moreover, they are two packets for 6 pounds currently.\\n\\nWe also like the yoghurts and granola, and blueberries or raspberries.\\n\\nThere is ample parking.”

“Very helpful staff. I wanted twenty jam doughnuts first thing in the morning to take into work for staff. They went out of their way to prepare them for me even though they were not on the shelf yet.”

“Shop at Lidl for quality items Aldi don't stock. The Alesto range of nuts etc, fresh bakery. Brilliant car park at Bishops Cleeve store, well worth a visit and a choice of coffee shops in the village.”

“The staff at this establishment go above and beyond to ensure every single need is met, The young lads working there are extremely helpful and never hesitate to make me laugh. There is no place I'd rather buy my Rothmans Blue XL from everyday. On top of this the manager has no issues giving a hand and enforcing a positive shop! Good Job guys.”

“Great little shop. Stocks a lot of local favourites from fresh meat and breads to fat tony's pizzas for you to bake at home. A little pricey tbh, but it is good quality.”

“The Staff are always very helpful and friendly. Self service tills used to be a problem but are better now with similar problems to self service check outs in other stores.”

“Decent bargain shop with plenty of frozen food and other food items as well plenty of snack options. Bread selection not the best but there are a lot of things priced so well they make Iceland look like Waitrose in comparison. Especially with today's pricesFor instance, they have discounts on things you wouldn't expect like 14 pack of Penguin bars £1.89 instead of £2 you'd see everywhere else. .Customer service is usually pretty good. But there are times where they seem pretty miserable. Depends on the day. Also I've seen now they only use one till instead of two for some reason and the tills are fairly small so keep that in mind if doing a big shop.So don't just flock to the small Morrisons it's a "Daily" one so they hike the prices up too. Farmfoods is the best main food shop on Coronation Square in my opinion. So come here if you don't want to go to the nearest Aldi.”

“Seems like an ok shop, one half of the store seems to be wine, but they have most other products as well. At the time of writing they also have a Hermes drop off option”

“I do not often shop here just popped in for some water filters which were so expensive, then remembered there was Argos in store, found filters much cheaper so very happy then bought some groceries while I was there, much cheaper than where I normally shop, so good day”

“A BIG thank you to the staff members who helped deal with a case of verbal abuse towards me from another customer. Being criticised for what you choose to buy from a shop is not something anyone should have to face. The staff took me under their wing, called the police and gave me a big bunch of roses! Thank you!!”

“Cannot fault the shop or the staff. I have seen them approach elderly and disabled customers on a one to one basis to help with shopping (going around with them) and helping them pack etc. The staff seem to be like a family which is a great atmosphere when shopping. A tidy, clean shop that has always been busy which shows how much they are needed and liked in the community. The manager should be proud”

“Impressed with peaceful air of quiet good industry going on to keep store tidy clean and stocked shelves .Young manager man noting stock needs at nearing 6pm. Not getting in the way in aisles as he did so aware of customers about .Rather more pleasant and kind caring air than in our local CoOp BS9 Bristol one thought to be honest, where tgey also have the CoOp radio, unlike here, ... also makes things more loud and stressful, tense air, one thinks.Simple small store with simple corridors layout .Might get cramped when busy possibly.?More than just one self service till might be better too.?But overall one of the best of CoOp stores found. Very good amd thanks ! -- Enjoy their work and get good rewards for doing it well so?(Though I don't think cooperative businesses need take over all , or that is, myself agree with all the politucs of. ...But at face value and as such an expeess convenience small supermarket place a store face value very nice, good, seems,... first visit. Impressed ! Good pleasant and would use again here if calling by . Very good and thanks to the staff and manager on duty too.”

“Early mornings are fairly empty of people. However, there are lots of large trolleys for the click and collect workers. Also most of the restocking has been done so less likely to find things missing.”
