Royal mail having increased postal costs by ridiculous amounts over last few years, can't even be bothered to pay a member of staff to work at collections counter.I mean come on, what kind of business is closed between 10pm an 4pm every day.... its a disgrace.Royal mail doesn't care less about its customers.I post 100 plus... read full comment

Once again the postman left the mail on the top of the gas box It not the first time he has done this or he just put under the communal main door and today one of the letters had my new bank card he just a lazy all he has to do is ring the intercom and he will be let in

Waited in for a re delivery. Said I wasn’t in. I was in. No one knocked or even came through the gate as I would have heard them. Opening hours at the sorting office are nothing short of a joke.
