What's the point of self service kiosks that are not working? They're card only now, they used to be cash & cardHow much money was spent on them and they're useless now.Always queuing here, taking ages.

Absolutely terrible been trying them for 3 days in a row now and everyday they have been shut saying that they close at 3 but google still says 5:30. When asked why they haven’t updated the opening times they said they put a sign on the door but how can anyone know before coming if it’s only a sign on the door.

Very rude staff lady called Karen (works in self service area).She is definitely not for this job,very bad customer service, she needs training
