“Popped in on the off chance of buying new wide fit winter sneakers....sadly no wide fit in stock, BUT I did come across the most helpful staff member and I cannot praise her service highly enough. I had major foot surgery which meant that I no longer knew my "official" shoe size, I'd completed the old piece of paper measuring trick but was still concerned. This wonderful lady offered to measure me, obviously as a guide only, but this just eased some of my apprehension. She also explained that in some cases it is better to go up half a size to accommodate the width of my newly shaped foot! I'm gutted the style I wanted wasn't in stock but I will now order online with confidence.It's been a long time since I've had such amazing service, this lady was an all round superstar.”

“The lady was brillant. I had picked up a pack of earrings and 4 pairs were missing. We found it seem to be the same for the other packs. She allowed me tonchose a further 2 pairs to make up a pack. Nothing was a problem”

“Needed a cheap pair of shoes for work and didn’t fancy spending a fortune on a branded pair, shoe zone fits the bill, not a whole lot of choice with over half the store seemingly dedicated to childrens school shoes but a no fuss environment to pick up a cheap no fuss pair of shoes for a decent price”

“Really good stock inside and plenty of good sport options for good prices. Only problem I had here was in the junior section I was drawn to a pair of trainers for my daughter.the staff member said sorry they only go to a size 5 and directed me to more expensive trainers. Then I said the sticker inside the shoes say they go to a 6.5 to which his reply was they only stock 5s in the shop. So again I went back and a different colour pair of trainers above the original ones I spotted were size 6. I questioned the man again and he was like "that's weird, let me scan the ones you were looking at first" and low and behold they had a 6 in stock ?. If he scanned it to start with we could've avoided me turning into a Karen ?? make sure tou go with your gut guys!”

“I was looking for tracksuits for my grandson asked young lady assistant to help me she was very helpful and found me three tracksuits which were perfect which I purchased. Definitely go back.”

“My husband and I came into your Colchester shop 3 weeks ago and my husband chose some tan Chelsea boots, we were very happy with the service we received however, after trying the shoes on at home he realised one of the boots was a bit too tight so we decided to go back and change them for the next size. We spoke to Jason and he was so helpful, they didn't have a bigger size in stock but arranged to have them delivered to us . A lovely young lady member of staff arranged it for us . Overall the staff were so helpful, nothing too much trouble. First class customer service!!”
