“I went to buy some Barbour Readhead Boots and was served by a young lady called Chloe-Louise. She couldn't have been more helpful she had the size l wanted checked they fitted properly and wasn't at any time rushing me to make up my mind. I went to a few shops before l went to Schuh and could have purchased my boots in a number of them but im glad l went to this shop not only for the boots but for the quality of service I received from the assistant. I would definitely recommend this store to friends and family.”

“Amazing customer service today that made life so much easier. We purchased some new school shoes for our daughter over the holidays but this week they have caused horrible pain for her. We returned to the store today expecting to be told sorry but the staff were wonderful. They measured and confirmed the size was correct but the style just wasn’t right and were causing the top to collapse on her foot and rub. They fitted her for a brand new pair, accepted the week worn shoes without question and even refunded us the difference. Now we have the perfect shoes. Comfy and a very happy child. We bought her very first pair here 11 years ago and will come back every time.”

“We took our Granddaughter here to buy some sandals and got good bargains in the sales. Gets very busy at the weekend, so best to go later in the day during the week.”

“Easily found off of the main road.Parking is free for up to 3 hours .A large next home selling alot of things including larger furniture which can be ordered in store.You can also apply for interest free credit.A new Laura Ashley section can be found at the back with furniture to order and different fabrics available.There's a Costa in store too, with a seating area and toilets.You can also collect online orders here and the process is quick and simple.A LARGE diffuser and candle section enough to keep your house smelling fresh.Children's section is upstairs along with some child clothes.You can also get some bargains with ex display models.This is a dog FRIENDLY store.Staff were friendly, helpful, and till service was fast and efficient.I cannot fault this store and find it to be one of the best Next's in the area for homeware.To note.... im very happy with my new Hamish cow purchase.... !!”

“Wasn't overly busy on the Saturday, a great suit selection to choose from.Fitting room was a bit chaotic with no one on it, and if you're spending £180 on a suit they should really give you a suit bag”

“This is one of my favorite stores. Quite big as a Branch in the middle of the Central Milton Keynes Shopping centre. Good selection of clothes at a good prices. Because it is inside CMK shopping centre you can go shopping and then have something to drink or eat without leaving this complex. The Mens selection is good and trendy. From shirts to jeans to jackets, bags, shoes you name it. I do re o me!”

“Staff at checkouts are always fast and friendly, can get some good bargains but trying to find anything you're looking for can be a nightmare. Worth the time it takes”

“I went in to store the other day to spend my Christmas money,  and what a pleasure it was - Charlotte and Imogen were so lovely and helped me find the perfect bag! They listened to everything I said and made sure they only suggested bags that were suitable for what I was looking for. Superb customer service, going out of their way to help me - cannot recommend enough! Great staff and products, I'll be back again very soon!”

“Nice store. Just wish everything had a price. Was looking at some toddler addicts sandals in black but never bought as had no price, they were hanging in middle area of store. Same with a pair of the womens sliders, they had no price.”

“Very welcoming staff who made my 2 year old toddler so excited to get her feet measured and to look at shoes.Staff member Jamie was in particular a stand out. She even picked my daughter up and let her scan the shoes behind the till. It was a special visit that will remain a core memory for us. I will 100% be coming back for my daughters next shoes. I hope Clarke’s MK sees this and gives some special recognition to Jamie. She deserves a raise.”

“Yesterday I approached the lovely Sasha for her help with finding an outfit for my birthday. She was wearing really cool cargo style jeans and the store are selling some nice black cargos at the minute which I thought looked comfy. I needed some tips on what I could wear on the top half with those trousers and Sasha said she had an idea for me but it was a garment off the sales floor, so she went to grab it for me. I saw it and I liked it - it was colourfully patterned with hues of red/deep orange and green. She also brought with her a few other items for me to try on. I then went into the changing rooms and Sasha came to knock my door to let me know she’d be finishing her shift soon & she’d found a few more items for me, but I showed her my finished outfit with the chosen bodysuit before she left and she hyped me up - she was so cute. And also wished me happy birthday, bless her. Sasha is a credit to quiz and deserves every pat on the back she can get. I’ve worked in retail CSA roles and kept working hard until I moved onto Head operations and looked after Regions. Sasha has that spark and rapport which could get her there too. “Excellent service the person told me he was fairly new. He got my trainers quickly took them to the till for me. Make sure they fitted correctly got a really good price blue light discount and I even got offered some extras. Excellent from the store. It’s a shame I didn’t get the persons name.”

“Saw 2 pairs of boots on the New Look website that I wanted to try before I purchased. The shop was tidy and clearly marked so I knew as soon as I walked in that the shoes were all upstairs rather than wandering around searching for them. Found both pairs with ease and have purchased one, really happy with the look, fit, and quality of them. Staff members were easy to spot and those I spoke to were very polite and helpful. Only tiny gripe is that for the shoes I purchased my size (5) was on a very high shelf and pushed back against the wall. Thankfully my walking stick hooked them down!”

“Haven't been here fore a while but can see It has improved. A few comments is that the till area is a bit dated and old, the fitting rooms need signs and need more Jean variations not great fitting and sizes.”

“The store is always very tidy, the displays are all inspiring and on-trend. I use the store fairly often to collect my Next orders. The service is very quick and simple to use - type in your 5 digit "parcel ID" into the tablet (upstairs, in the further corner of the store) within a few minutes, someone will bring your parcel out. I've never had to wait longer than 5 minutes.Caution is advised if you are visiting when MK Dons are playing, particularly after the game. The traffic leaving the car park is horrendous and can take over 15 minutes!”

“I was really pleased with my bra fitting today which Tracey.She made me feel at ease,very comfortable took her time to explain everything about the fitting,didn't rush me,took her time.Tracey is very knowledgeable when it comes to bra fitting,I've learnt alot today about choosing the right time of bra.For the first time in a long time I feel comfortable in my own skin and with the right bra fitting ,it makes all the difference.Nothing was too much for Tracey.After my fitting Tracey showed me where I can find different types of bras in the lingerie department for when I go back to M&S and purchase more bras.I would highly recommend getting your bra fitting with Tracey.”

“This is one of my favourite M&S cafes. Loved the pancakes with chocolate nut spread and strawberries they had for a few weeks. These were good value and very tasty. This week we had a bacon roll and a breakfast. Both lovely. I don’t like the new cups- I preferred the cups with saucers. These are neither mugs nor cups and are poorly designed, making them awkward to lift. I had been finding the coffee too hot and weak. Generally they are filled to the top so hard to stir or carry. At this store they are great and made me an Americano with an extra shot and less water. This was far better- a decent strong cup of coffee as good as at Harrods across the way. Staff are helpful and friendly and this is a nicely set out cafe with comfortable seats and a nice view if the cathedral. Thank you!”
