The gym is under new ownership, and with this a new and positive approach has been taken to improving what was a run down gym. Friendly owners who take time to engage with all members. Large changes made already with new equipment arriving weekly, has boosted my workouts.Highly recommend

Great gym, very lovely owners who have gone to fantastic efforts to help and assist all with day to day training and more! Many clubs offered here, and assistance with competitions.They have made a massive impact on my day to day fitness and mental wellbeing. Super happy with the owners and love it here!

Great atmosphere and loads of specialist equipment for an effective, super safe workout. Also has a designated cardio area to improve your fitness levels. The owner Stuart. Cathey and there daughter Candice really know there stuff and are more than happy to help you reach your goals. I have been to most of the gyms in Colchester and this one is hands down the best around ?

Second year in a row using Hamilton?s when I?m back for Christmas. Just simple, high quality equipment with friendly people. Month?s membership with 24 hour access was perfect and meant I could keep training all Christmas without worrying about restricted opening times. Wish this was my local gym.

Fantastic place to workout, it has everything you could possibly need to train. I've been and when I'm back in the area I plan on going again! It's immense, the staff are great and friendly and ha e taught me alot in the small times I have been there!
