Great gym, very lovely owners who have gone to fantastic efforts to help and assist all with day to day training and more! Many clubs offered here, and assistance with competitions.They have made a massive impact on my day to day fitness and mental wellbeing. Super happy with the owners and love it here!

Fantastic gym with excellent strongman equipment and staff. Met lots of friends here and genuinely enjoy training in such a supportive and clean environment :)

Great atmosphere and loads of specialist equipment for an effective, super safe workout. Also has a designated cardio area to improve your fitness levels. The owner Stuart. Cathey and there daughter Candice really know there stuff and are more than happy to help you reach your goals. I have been to most of the gyms in Colchester...
