“This shop has to be where I spend far too much of my time but I'm always in there. Easter, Summer Garden, Mother Day, Fathers Day, Halloween, Christmas - You name it, they have it covered. The red vegan wine is superb too! (I bet I won't be able to get any now I've said that.) And I'm sure the lovely ladies at the checkouts have heard this phrase so many times: "I only popped in for one thing!..."”

“I'm starting to lean more against Tesco. It used to be Iceland all the time a couple years ago as no transport as it close, but then Asda so I put half money on bonus card and half on Asda but now Iceland less and less and I get gift card Tesco they great good value for biscuits and crisp tins and bread but not for fridge food or frozen.”

“This store is quite near to where I live, and I shopped here many times! The experience was great, however at times it can be hard to find things that you're looking for.”

“Waitrose is the only true disability accessible supermarket I have encountered. we have Parkstone, Winton and Wimborne all 3 have safe undercover car parks. Trolleys are on hand and do not require a coin which for me is my most vulnerable time after my shopping done, I am exhausted so returning the trolly to get my coin is when I am most scared of falling, Waitrose understand that not all of us have carers to help. The prices are actually not much dearer than Tesco infact I find they are the same and often cheaper. Don't believe the hype that they are dearer, used to be, but no longer. I get more bargains in Waitrose than I do in Tesco, Sainsbury's etc and the quality is so much better. Shout out to James the trolley man and David who is in-store both really make my day as so friendly. Goods are also more morally and ethically sourced and created so if a tiny bit dearer it is worth it. They make the best yum yums of all the supermarkets. Staff are super helpful and nothing is ever to much trouble unlike other places.”

“Probably the most beautifully located Tesco Express in the whole country set opposite a sandy beach overlooking fantastically beautiful Poole Bay and also housed at the bottom of an interesting white art deco style block of flats.Staff in this branch are also all unbelievably nice and helpful, although the blonde lady in her 40s is by far the nicest staff member of all. This is definitely the creme de la creme of all Tesco Express's in the entire United Kingdom.”

“A nice sainsburys plenty of tills open where they actually do their job . Well stocked and good. Unlike Boscombe where that miserable bunch stand there looking at people doing self service and no tills open and half empty shelves. It's grim to say the least”

“Not from the area....don't forget to pay and display ? Spend more than a fiver and it gets knocked off your shopping. There is a coupon attached to the ticket. SOMEONE might've missed that ?”

“Idealne na szybkie zakupy. Nie ma tyle co w dużym Tesco i ceny czasem z mniejszÄ… promocjÄ… ale jak na szybkie, maÅ‚e czy podstawowe zakupy jest idealne. Wszystkiego po trochu. Jest maÅ‚y polski regaÅ‚: kwaszona kapusta i ogórki, syropy i soki, majonez, sÅ‚odycze. ”

“Popped in for some groceries last week and my phone without my knowledge (and cards) fell into the bin between the self serve checkouts accidentally. Slightly panicked but a great young lady and a guy helped me find it which I really appreciated.”

“Whilst walking my dog I decided to stop at Tesco & because I’d never leave him outside I got the attention of the young lady working inside. She picked up 2 boxes of maltesers for me & I paid by card. She was so understanding & polite. (Sorry I didn’t get her name) well done Tesco’s for employing a friendly & helpful person.”

“Mixed review - not actually walked around the shop but i messaged re: a gas bottle - i was really pleased with the communication and reserved a gas bottle but when i got into the shop i was told by a friendly lady that they had no bottles , i explained i had reserved one and she called to a male colleague who was a bit rude and said i hadnt messaged him - my response was " well i probably didnt message you personally but i messaged the store" - with no communication he went out the back and about 5 / 10mins later came out with a gas bottle. He didnt communicate only to tell me the price.Id go back and hopefully encounter the friendly lady ?‍♀️”

“A very useful addition to the shops on Hayling. Has been open for several years now and minimises the need to leave the island for essential supplies, especially useful during spells of heavy traffic or bad weather.”

“It is a good place to shop but not better than Tesco these days . Earlier it used to give 10 GBP coupon on 100 pounds shopping. Now it's just waste useless coupons . So most of the shoppers switched to Tesco nearby where club card discount and points better worth.”

“Have used the click and collect grocery service a few times now with the various supermarkets. Returned to Tescos as their fresh veg has been consistently good. Only the one bay at this Tescos for picking up, to reflect the size of the store and parking facilities I guess. Easy process. Generally 5 star service, but after Monday's service, down to 4 star - it would just be nice to have 'service with a smile' and/or some sort of friendly interaction from the man who was doing the click and collect service then. Doesn't cost anything and makes shopping more enjoyable, especially when you aren't seeing as many people these days.”

“Big store, need to watch the prices though.you’d think you were entering Buckingham palace with the questions and security from older guy on the front desk! most of the other staff are friendly and helpful.Hand dryer in men’s toilets do need immediate attention ?”

“Have been to this store a few times late at night. The members of staff l encountered were friendly and customer friendly. Obviously being a Tesco Express it's a compact store with essentials rather than a fully fledged store.”

“Staff here are exceptionally helpful. They are always ready to assist me if I can't reach anything. I'm a wheelchair user. If they don't have what you want on the shelf they will go out of their way to look out the back. It's a very busy shop. This does not deter from their professionalism. Great shop and staff well done. You get ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Some staff can be really friendly and some look really miserable.i believe more staff is needed as they got really short staffed.always clean but I would say don't have days where there is no security.”

“My partner came into the mobile phone dept. this morning, worried because she thought her phone had been hacked. The young man there was really fantastic, checking absolutely everything for her, and was able to reassure her that all was well. All done quickly and courteously, and with excellent knowledge . Please pass on our thanks.”

“Normally do a click and collect which is very good. But this week I had a delivery to parkstone . Excellent service. Really nice young man who not only delivered it but even offered to bring it in for me. He was so polite and helpful, wished us a nice weekend, unfortunately I didn't ask his name. When your pensioners this makes our day. Will definitely use this service again”
