“First visit since COVID began and I have to say the systems were good, stock levels were also good but what stood out was the staff. They were excellent and a credit to the store.”

Home Bargains has a vast range of products, from toiletries, cleaning equipment, fresh and frozen foods to seasonal products, pet foods, toys, gardening equipment, clothing, and so much more at reasonable prices. There is plenty of free parking available. The area is wheelchair accessible and most of the staff are friendly, approachable, and helpful.”

“What a treasue trove, such a range of products! Unfortunately this meant it was really busy when we visited and there was only one person working so it took ages to get served. They did have notices saying if you didn't want fresh biltong to catch their eye but with only one person it didn't seem fair. Time your visit so you aren't in a rush and enjoy your shop. We tried the ready cut biltong and it was delicious.”

“We have been living in the area for 6 years now and this local convenience store is just that - very convenient. There are always last minute items you need at home and the shop is well stocked to accommodate these. They have specials including wines, biscuits, etc which are well priced.The staff has always been very professional, friendly and willing to assist. The store is well laid out, clean and well lit making after-hour shopping a pleasant experience.”

“Convenient with many choices of food and drink however some products can be on the pricey side. Items are discounted regularly though and if you can deal with a small loss of quality, your visits can become mush cheaper.”

“Big supermarket store. There are plenty of isles for fresh produce. The stpre layout is clear, and everything is well signed and posted. There are enough checkout tills and staff are very helpful.”

“Take your time and usually find something at good prices. I like the bakery stuff, good wine selection and middle isle always worth checking out.Tools etc. And not forgetting the theme weeks.”

“Good range of stock in this small store, even has more unusual items like a bit of gluten free and organic cheese and milk. Good opening hours, until 10pm. Staff always open another till if the queue to pay is long and they are helpful and friendly.”
