“I came here a few times in the 70's, camping with my mum and dad, in fact I learned to swim in the then outdoor pool. (Now indoor). So much nostalgia in this place for me even if most of it now is unrecognisable. The customer service here is second to none, a call a week before you arrive and another call on the day of arrival is a lovely touch but it just gets better from there. We arrived on Saturday afternoon for a seven day stay with an easy uncomplicated check in and a map to the chalet which we found very easily. Upon entering you are met with a spotlessly clean living area, with all of the appliances you could possibly need, a real home from home feeling. The bed was already made up so all that was left for us to do was a quick unpack and relax. This really is a holiday spot that has decided to go above and beyond the normal and if you add to that the location with stunning views and fabulous walks which our dogs appreciated then you really cant lose. Totally recommended, we are already looking at when we can come next!”
