We frequently use there drop & go service to send off our parcels & we frequently use this store. Today a lady called ?Mel? acted very rude & aggressive. She has absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. As I stated above we use this a lot & she refused to send my parcel via drip & go, because ?they don?t do it there? ?she does not know anything about it?. (Even though we use it a lot).. more training is needed, and more staff is needed to take the stress off people like Mel. As when the staff are stressed and unhappy it clearly shows in their customer service!. She made me feel uncomfortable & stupid. Have a great day Mel ??

It shouldn?t b open !!! 1.5 hour in the queue and notes all around the walls there?s never reason for violence what is your reason to keep me there for 1.5 hour!! It?s just not working staff doesn?t know how self service works!! Just go back to the pigeons and start all over again ruined my day off

I went there at half past 3, and only one counter was open for postal services. I queued here for 10 minutes, but the queue didn't move at all. There was such a long queue that it became obvious I would have to queue for at least 40 minutes more when I only wanted to return a parcel. I left for another branch.

Its been a while since I have have needed to go in here but still awful. The queue was back to the stairs. Grumpy woman was more interested in chatting to someone else. No hello thankyou nothing.

So I needed to go here today and after reading all the negative reviews i was expecting a bad experience. However that was not the case. I saw a lovely lady called Jane who was kind and polite and helped me to do something I hadn?t done before without making me feel stupid for not knowing! I think people are often so quick to write down when they?ve had a negative experience but aren?t when they?ve had a positive one. So here?s a thank you to Jane, you were really helpful

Nothing in life is easy when it comes to the post office. Lots of empty counters and one person on with a massive queue. "Floater" was less than helpful basically trying to do anything as opposed to dealing with people. Awful service

I cant fathom how you can have 7 counters but only 1 person doing everything, only had 4 people ahead of me and had to wait 30mins, if you?re going on weekends good luck

The wait to be served was horrendous, almost a queue all the way to the stairs. There was two serving but they couldn't keep up with the amount of people requiring services that can only be done at the counter such as passport/drivers license renewal. Many elderly having to stand for very long waits, it's just not fit for purpose. Self service area seemed problematic too, with many unable to use the machines. Total nightmare.

Visited the last few weeks and each time there has been a massive queue. Staff inexperienced and seems management could not careless about keeping people waiting. One lady was not even serving the whole time I was waiting in the business room.

Pop in to top up my electric and gas keys with the government letter. To be told I couldn't us the letter I brought in, I might add it doesn't say in the letter I couldn't. I just can't get my head around that it wasn't a problem last month (I wasn't even asked for ID) the women even asked the lady nezt to her and she agreed (might I add she was the lady that serves me last month) so maybe some staff training that all your staff are on the same page. What a waste of time and parking as I don't live in the city centre.

Seriously? 51 people in line, and 2 people working on your 7 counters. This includes 1 of them working with customers on self help machines, because no one knows how to use it.Surely you know lunchtime is going to be extremely busy?

15+ in a queue. Only 1 person working behind a counter of 7 points. Self service not working. Waited half hour then closed. Didn't even get served. 1 star is generous. Second colleague stood watching and only changed 2 bin bags in that time. Pathetic service.
