We frequently use there drop & go service to send off our parcels & we frequently use this store. Today a lady called “Mel” acted very rude & aggressive. It shouldn’t b open !!! 1.5 hour in the queue and notes all around the walls there’s never reason for violence what is your reason to keep me there for 1.5 hour!! It’s just not working staff doesn’t know how self service works!! Just go back to the pigeons and start all over again ruined my day off

I went there at half past 3, and only one counter was open for postal services. I queued here for 10 minutes, but the queue didn't move at all. There was such a long queue that it became obvious I would have to queue for at least 40 minutes more when I only wanted to return a parcel. I left for another branch.
