I find Zara a bit on the expensive side generally but they do a really good sale with big discounts.The clothes are quite 'funky' so aimed more at the younger generation, but they also have some good items which are suitable for all ages.They do sell perfume and jewellery in here too.

Unfortunately every single time I go into Exeter Zara the experience is far from expected. The shop is always so so messy and hard to shop, the staff come across very unfriendly and unwelcoming. As a retail manager myself I find it appalling that this level of standards is ok. Even a smile creates a more friendly atmosphere for customers. One person serving a queue of 15+ people and no sense of urgency, it?s such a shame because I love the Zara brand

I ordered a shirt online but my order was delivered to a wrong address. I have contacted the costumer service many times but they only say that I should go to my neghbor?s doors asking for my shirt!! The costumer service is terrible

I'd be more than generous to give 1 star. Was met with extremely hostility from the Store Manager Ludymyla when I queried about Zara's returns policy. She appears very fat, untidy and miserable. Absolutely vile attitude. The rest of the team is rude and unwelcoming. Walk into the store and you get unfriendly stares from the staff. Having worked in Retail myself, I'd be fired without exception. Ludymyla should be fired. Poor staff in the store have to bear with her.

Very poor service today in men section very rude lady I ask for another size suits she not help me at all I feel very uncomfortable ? never back to this store again ???

Clothes are far too expensive for the quality. I understand that 30 days might be long enough for some people but we didn?t expect such poor quality when buying holiday clothes from here. Worn once and multiple items had faults, no leeway on this dispute obvious manufacturer faults. I?d understand if it was primark and I know they?re still a fast fashion brand so should have lowered expectations but thought we might at least get something back.

There are normally long queues and the store always is messy. The clothes are nice but expensive and the sizes are never consistent.

I was appalled at the level of customer service in the Exeter store today. 3 girls sat in the fitting room chatting about real personal stuff that wasn't for customer ears! The girl at the till asked the girls for help and they refused so she had to call on the radio and the queue was long. I actually felt sorry for the till employee.It also felt like there was a devide between the employees and no team spirt!! As retail manager myself I would be discussed if this was my store and team.
