I thought the reviews about rude staff here were a fluke but it's true...Met with extreme hostility when trying to return something. Never again.

I find Zara a bit on the expensive side generally but they do a really good sale with big discounts.The clothes are quite 'funky' so aimed more at the younger generation, but they also have some good items which are suitable for all ages.They do sell perfume and jewellery in here too.
