Appalling!!! Paid online for two items for same day job, but one wasn't in stock - so had to purchase elsewhere! No advice on refund and seemingly no way to even try and get money back for product paid for but not actually available!!!!

Usually a pleasant experience here but not today, new ?system? of sending everybody to a computer screen not ideal and people walking out because of it , hope customer service improves with the small number of staff who have a don?t want to be here attitude
