Appalling!!! Paid online for two items for same day job, but one wasn't in stock - so had to purchase elsewhere! No advice on refund and seemingly no way to even try and get money back for product paid for but not actually available!!!!

Quality stuff. Click and collect is good. As you enter on the right you input your order number and they will call you when it's ready. Very quick!
