Horsemarket St“Fantastic service, opening an account took a matter of minutes after applying online. Walked in, handed over my passport and 5 minutes later she comes up with a sheet of paper and the account is open. Customer service friendly and efficient, would recommend and miles more cohesion then a certain blue bank across the road...”

23 Sankey St“Located in pedestrianised area, however there is a large undercover car park in the nearby shopping mall. Service in the bank has got much more friendly and knowledge in recent years (one could say post 2008.) An extensive automated service centre for payment and deposits etc. However there is still the traditional counters where a staff member will be happy to serve.also a couple of ATM's just outside of the main doors. There are a number of rooms where you can conduct your business with the bank in privacy. Can be extremely busy at certain points in the day.”
