Had a failed DT Swiss hub replaced under warranty on my E1900 mountain bike rear wheel. Disappointing customer service from the Wychwood Game part of the business. Both zips broke on my chest pack resulting in lost tackle. Contacted customer service about the faulty item, no apology, no offer compensation.

Been trying to open an account with Madison for over 5 weeks - I keep chasing but get zero responses. I could’ve spent £1000’s with them so far but I’ve had to scrat around other distributors trying to get stock to fix customers bikes. Their inability to even reply to an e-mail is awful ...
