Had my daughter's 7th birthday at Build-A-Bear, Milton Keynes. We went into the store beforehand to ask about the different packages and to look at exactly what was included. The staff were really helpful and it was very easy to book. We went for the Awesome Adventure package in the end as it was the best value for money and gave the kids a good variety of bears to choose from. The kids got to make a bear, choose an item of clothing and a bag to take them home in. My daughter has additional needs and so we booked for 10am on a Sunday so we had the whole shop to ourselves before it opened. This was amazing and perfect for my daughter. The staff were great and the party ran really smoothly. The kids had an amazing time and were thrilled to take their new friends home. Would highly recommend this if you're thinking about a birthday party. My son now wants to have his next birthday there too!

A lovely place to visit and very easy to navigate as each section is numbered. This makes it easy if like us your visiting for the first time. Staff were nice, we were offered to stuff our bear ourselves but we left it to the professionals. You also create a birth certificate which is a nice addition. There were a few things we couldn't get on the day and check online also. The same bear was £10 cheaper online but you wouldn't get the experience. A fun place for adults and children

Came in to get a build for my granddaughter and was served by Sue.She helped me to choose a bear, and any extras i would like i chose a recording, my granddaughter chose the heart and loved the system Sue has by shaking the heart, rubbing between hands to warm the heart, place it on her forehead to make a wish than kiss the heart, Sue lets her put the heart in the bear herself. Than lets her name the bear and takes her to the desk for birth certificate. Love the experience and fantastic service thank you very much

Popped in the store last week to treat myself to a bear and a lovely lady called Sue served me. She was very kind and gave me exceptional customer service. She went above and beyond to offer me any extras to make my bear feel more personalised to me.

You see this shop on the high street and assume they?re a legit company, they?re a common name, they must be right?NOPE. Check their trust pilot reviews. They don?t accept returns in store, conveniently their tills never work for this. They can offer you a gift card though, oh but 99% of the time their tills can?t process gift cards either.Then you send the parcel out of your own pocket back to build a bear returns address and they claim they didn?t receive it, even though you have full tracking. Then once you confront them they ignore you. Not to mention their whole customer service is based in America and very hard to get hold of.Scammers

Went and got a bear stuffed more and do some shopping. There was a fantastic woman called catriona (sp?) working there who got my bear looking perfect and let me use the peddle to stuff two new ones. Highly recommend them, absolutely perfect.

Molly was incredibly rude, patronising and unprofessional, created a very unwelcoming atmosphere and was stomping around talking to all of the staff but not doing any work herself, lady at the till was also rather unwelcoming to myself and friends acting as though adults don't usually buy the bears, turned her nose up at us. The only reason I'm giving 2 starts rather than 1 is due to the sweetie that was Freddie who made the process of building the bears very fun and who was very straightforward and kind, he deserves a promotion for being so sweet and thriving in such a negative environment, other staff were welcoming and accommodating too. Would reccomended going to Birmingham rather than MK wether you're with kids or not if you're after a good experience.

Children's party. Always difficult as kids get the bear and the costs mount. Have to say though, the staff were excellent. Kind, helpful and thoughtful. Well done ! Makes all the difference.

came to see if they had the limited edition pumpkin kitty , went through the entire process with a staff member named Leah she was very nice and friendly
