Popped in the store last week to treat myself to a bear and a lovely lady called Sue served me. She was very kind and gave me exceptional customer service. She went above and beyond to offer me any extras to make my bear feel more personalised to me.

You see this shop on the high street and assume they’re a legit company, they’re a common name, they must be right?NOPE. Check their trust pilot reviews. They don’t accept returns in store, conveniently their tills never work for this. They can offer you a gift card though, oh but 99% of the time their tills can’t... read full comment
