“Had a fantastic experience at Dreams in Brislington yesterday - Dan who dealt with us went above and beyond and was knowledgeable and personable throughout our visit despite being the only employee on the shop floor! Highly recommended :-)”

“Great local pub, friendly attentive service, offering a good selection of draft beer/cider and wine. Along with generous delicious hot food. All reasonably priced.”

“A beautiful country pub with a warm and atmospheric feel. The staff are friendly and welcoming, it is dog friendly which is a big positive. The food is delicious with a good variety and excellent prices.Would definitely recommend a visit.”

“First visit, nice "locals" pub/restaurant. Exceptionally busy and probably due to being Remembrance Day. Service a little disjointed, one lady behind the bar could have been a more personable but otherwise a good experience when food arrived.”

“I go to the Dundry Inn every month or so for different events whether it’s pub quizzes or special events and each time I’m NEVER disappointed.I went to the fireworks event last night where I had a delicious Chilli con Carne and free firework show (literally top tier entertainment). This is a local pub with that lovely local feel - too many pubs have gone gastro and corporate which isn’t to say the food isn’t delicious - it is! Food highlights for me are the Ribs, Pie and Lasagne. I’m yet to try their Caribbean food but I’m 100% sure this will be incredible.Support your local business!”

“Quality goods, displayed beautifully. We used the cafe which was excellent. 1 young lady the majority of the time behind the counter, however, she worked methodically and was in total control”

“Gorgeous bedroom (we stayed in one called "Dundry") with comfy bed and lots of space in it, and classy bathroom (no bath, but 2 fancy shower-heads). Very nicely-stocked mini- bar, with a complimentary drink offered, when we were shown to our room - a lovely touch! On arrival, the barman/maîtreD/Manager checked us in - he was so friendly yet totally professional and welcoming. He was also working in the morning, serving us breakfast, and fixing our shower/hot water - it's as if nothing was too much trouble for him, and he did everything with a huge smile, to make sure we had a lovely stay....The food - Wow!! In the evening, we had short rib of beef and duck breast - both really yummy and cooked just right, with an incredible sticky toffee pudding after (with crunchy toasted pecans on!!) For breakfast (included) the full English was perhaps the best I've ever had (all food ingredients are sourced locally from tasty producers/farms!) - even with home-made jumbo baked beans; my wife had poached eggs, avocado and smoke troat - which she also raved about. Good coffee, sourdough toast, and grapefruit juice. We will definitely be returning, asap!!!Highly recommended, charming place ?Parking: spots for night rooms, and parking on road otherwise, it seemed”

“I recently went to IKEA Bristol to buy some shelves. I had a great experience overall. The store is very large and has a wide variety of furniture and home goods to choose from. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. While I was there, I even saw Daniel Radcliffe in the restaurant eating meatballs! He was probably just trying to have a normal meal, so I didn't bother him. But it was still pretty cool to see him in person.”

“Cheap clean and good price, it’s a Travelodge not a boutique stay so boring box. Signs to enter are good given the mini maze involved from motorway. Otherwise easy access to Wales/ Forest of Dean and Bristol/Bath M4/5 etc.”

“This was a complete shock. Stayed at travel lodges before and not been impressed. Booked superior room and was delighted. Well done to all. Staff friendly parking on site if available and just off centre, handy for everywhere.Rooms: Basic but very comfy. Main problem was building work round area which started about 7.30 and continued all day, not travel lodges fault.”

“Comfortable, Clean and quiet inside but with no room air-con and a noisy road outside the front you can't sleep with the window open unless you take ear plugs which another member of our party had and she slept very well apparently ;-)”
