Customer service is the worst .The employee in the post office is really rude .

I went to London Road Post Office/Eurofoods on 209 london road reading Berkshire rg1 3nuI entered the post office at 13.10 on 10 August 2023 to post a parcel back to Amazon I was asked by lady as post office counter to pick up my dog is clearly marked as a assistant dog even when she was given the assistant dog ID.
