A good start would be an efficient reception. Never pick up the phone and mostly pretty brusque.

The dentist sent me home, claiming that I have healthy teeth and hurts me "from nothing". after 3 weeks in pain I had to come back and heal the canal. This is not the first time such a situation has taken place. I'll never go there 😡
