I came in store today to bring a pair of grey jeans back which had a fault in the back ( it looks like a bleach mark, which I didn't notice as it was at the back!). I only purchased them on Christmas Eve and wore them on Christmas Day so they did have a few marks from wearing them. When I took them off I noticed this mark. The lady who served me refused to change them or give me my money back saying it was paint. It is NOT paint! They are faulty I have never felt so humiliated and will not be shopping in this store again. I now have a faulty pair of jeans. I am so upset at the way I was treated sshopping in this store ah

Today, i visited this store where the manager got suspicious about my family that was with me but all they both were doing was to take clothes for their two kids each and her husband each.Shopping alone for three people is hectic. There were no basket, so she carried that. The manager comes and was like you can tell me when you want to try on the clothes, okay but then when they were leaving the store, they got their bag checked .I mean dude she literally literally just gave you all the clothes she didnt want and youre checking the bagsss????worst

Went to buy a suit. Hopeless: zero service and no suits visible. Eventually found out via the ladies section downstairs that M&S only sell mens suits online now. Not sure how I would check the fit online. Got good service at M&S in Manila last month. UK stores are clearly useless for menswear though. Shame - they were ok a few years back.

I visited the Malvern store today, Christmas shopping, the lady who served me was lovely.However I.couldn't get out of the store fast enough? I.would of probably took longer and had a browse around, the music that was playing was awful, it was crackly it hurt my ears, not a good experiencePlease change it.

They are always so welcoming and friendly at the cafe, and very patient with me when I had a special request. This is my favourite cafe to eat at and my partner and I are there almost every Sunday for breakfast. I can?t rate them highly enough!

I went to Marks and Spencer roman Rd malvern today for bra fitting lovely lady called Sharon (H) made me fell lovely she new what I needed and new her job explained why I need size I need show me were in shop to get them from (I bought 3)and were to go on website for colours staff at till was just as nice. Will go again

It?s no Cheltenham or Worcester store however for the purpose of food shopping it?s made our Christmas containing food like fresh duck or proper pork pies which other stores like Waitrose has failed this year. Big thumps up for festive shopping food at I thought reasonable prices for quality.

The sandwich was on the top of some places- black, to long she holds in microwave! But I did shame to give back. Because I saw and for other people the sandwich made the same way. In night time I startedto sour with acid and fat. Properly washed my hands and I did put my fingers in my mouth and vomited, did my stomach empty of this terrible food.. Very sad of this restaurant service. People, do think what you eat and don't shame will give the terrible food back to them because our stomach are not rubbish bins for the terrible made food. Good luck for everyone.

I visited your Malvern store on Sunday morning with my elderly mother who also suffers from dementia, we had a very nice lady who was very helpful with my mother, as she needed a bra fitting, unfortunately I did not get the lady?s name, but she couldn?t have been any more helpful if she tried. Brilliant service, lovely lady, thank you for making this shopping trip a lot easier than I thought it would me.

On a recent trip to Malvern we went to M & S for lunch and a coffee. Lunch was excellent, enjoyed my chips. It was a good coffee and I am fussy!!
