Paid a lot of money for a re-direction of my mail upon moving. It has not been instigated since the day I set it up. 2 weeks later and I am still having all my mail delivered to the old address. Speak to customer services and they confirm it is on the system but evidently sorting office staff have not had the training? or perhaps they just don't care. Me thinks the latter, disgusting!!

I called there because they had a parcel, they told me it had been sent back to the sender, it wasn't sent back till 1week later, I checked this with the sender, I now have had to pay delivery charges to get it back, it was originally free post.

Received a letter this morning asking me to collect my parcel from the delivery office. Looked online and said they were open, however when I got there, they were shut. This meant im having to wait to collect still and I ended up not receiving my delivery. They are shut for something like 6 hours of the day?! WHY?! for one of the biggest, if not the biggest delivery companies, they should be open all day... not shut for most of it.

I have been waiting for three parcels, one has been delivered after nine days. Dont know where the other two are. They give priority to signed for items, which cost a fortune to send. I have had two moans at them, they dont care.Royal Mail, NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.

Useless service, asked them to keep parcel in safe place but didn?t, attempted delivery 4 times apparently but me, partner nor two dogs never heard the door seems strange that??? Went down to delivery office asked them to hold parcel so I could collect the next day and guess what?? Txt received at 11:00 saying failed delivery again, what a joke I just want parcel ?

Booked a collection this week and 3 for 3 failure to collect. Contacted via Twitter and they said they?d look into it. Nothing, Royal Mail is certainly going to the dogs

The actual delivery office is fine. I'm less impressed that Royal Mail can't deliver a parcel and claim to have tried when I'm sitting 10 feet from the door. Second time in a row. All other delivery services manage OK.
