“Given the bad reviews I braced myself for a bad experience but not a bit of it. Saturday mid morning and just one customer ahead of me. Counters were clear and tidy. 2 ladies working. Mine had the dvla form I needed to hand, so polite, smiley and efficient. The opening hours are terrific too.”
