“Emily at the Coventry St branch very kindly delivered my glasses to my home. I'd gone in on the off chance they they would be ready and when they were not there, she said they were due and as soon as she could she would bring them to me, I was very pleased with the service.”
“Visited the store to collect my 2 new pairs of glasses. All staff were friendly. The assistant who served me was training and she helped me with my glasses order on my previous visit. She is a young lady who was very pleasant, if not a little shy maybe. Overall I was very satisfied with my visit. One thing I wasn't offered though was a mirror to show me how my glasses looked ~ I am aware that I could've asked for one but I do think this should be a given. I think the ass8sThe gentleman who tested my eyes previously was excellent. Very thorough as I have family history of eye problems. He was friendly and professional.I would recommend Boots Opticians.I would NOT recommend Boots Pharmacy or general store.”
