Can?t praise the staff enough, I had an issue with blocked ears, the GP no longer treat this so I had to source another practitioner. I tried online numerous places but all had 2/3 weeks waiting list. I called in personally at the Co Op on Friday, after a chat with the pharmacist I was booked in for Monday (3 days) ,The pharmacist explained everything , the procedure was comfortable and quick, I left with clear hearing. It cost £64 for both ears which was cheaper than any of the other practitioners and for me worth every penny. Highly recommend them. Thank you.

I?ve always avoided it but since sainsburys closed I thought I?d try it. Wish I hadn?t. So disorganised. Prescription had been sent from the doctors the day before but they were out of stock. No contact to let me know just let me have a wasted journey and stand in a queue for nothing-not what you need after a long day at work. I understand things are out of stock but let the customer know to save them a journey! I asked when they were getting it back in and got shrugged at. I?ll try elsewhere

When I visit crest pharmacy I?m always welcomed with big hugs & smiles off Norma. She?s a rock star, she cares about her customer service & looks after you when you?re there. She?s always offered to drop my prescription off at my door. She?s goes above & beyond everytime.I love popping in & see how Norma is when I don?t have prescription. Lovely lady & defiantly works hard when the pharmacy gets busy.10/10 for the best customer service from Norma. <3
