We had some fantastic after sales service on a TV that we hadn't even purchased from Spains! Jim went out of his way to help solve a problem and we will definitely be visiting Spains when we next buy a new TV.

Love going in to see John and his team. Bought a couple of TV's from him recently and he is competitive on price, gives great customer service and is always happy to help out over the phone when I have a question. Highly recommend!!!

Visit was with regard to collecting items taken for repair, the staff were very helpful explained what had been done and thought the price to be very fair. Also enquired about new 4K TV's once again they were very helpful and pleasantly surprised at their competitive prices. Well worth supporting

Awesome shop. You'd literally be daft to buy a TV or any audio equipment anywhere else! - fairly priced, and a full demonstration by the extremely knowledgeable/friendly staff, with no obligation, or pressure to buy. They even offer a repair service!

Brilliant service from Spains as always. Called about my TV problem, it was collected without question, a replacement loaned to me and the repaired TV was retuned within a short period. Their prices are competitive and I cannot praise the friendly but professional customer service highly enough. If you live in the Bromsgrove area you?d be nuts to go anywhere else.

This company is a complete waste of time, I do not recommend them, I called them a few weeks ago I had spoken to a someone about an error on my AV receiver. They asked me to bring it in and the guy would have a quick look for me. When I got there I was told by another member of staff that they where too busy and couldn?t look at it so I would have to now book it in for an inspection the week after.I brought it back for an inspection last Tuesday and realised that I hadn?t brought my wallet to pay the £20 inspection fee to which the staff member said I could phone up and pay it.Today, Wednesday over a week later, I realised that I had forgotten to call up and pay, so I called and explained to someone they told me it?s not their problem and that I would have to wait another week to get it looked at after I pay the £20 inspection fee.I asked why no one had called to ask me if I still wanted it looked at and he said they don?t chase customers and I would have to wait another week to get it looked at. I know it?s not their fault I forgot to call back but a curtesy call to ask if I still wanted it looked at is basic customer service. The man on the phone is rude and unhelpful. Doesn?t always pay to support local.
