My wife and I turned up with my 4 years old for a breakfast at 11:28am on the 19th November. The sign was displayed next to the till saying breakfast only available to order untill 11:30am. We were told rudely that we couldn?t order as it was an inconvenience for the kitchen staff to cook breakfast.I can honestly say this was the worst service I?ve ever received. Infact the worst Waitrose I?ve visited. Compared to portishead Waitrose which is miles ahead.I think their General manager of Swindon should be ousted for not preparing his business for consumers.I will never use Waitrose again in any area as a result of this.

Used the cafe on Sunday morning and the service by the 2 on the front counter was awful! The lady bringing the food out was great though!

Convenient shop for me , admittedly they don't have the biggest selection and it is pricier than say tesco or asda and only 1 person on self checkout and cigarette/ lotto counter so sometimes have a wait

I have come to this market several times to buy wine or whiskey and each time the experience becomes worse, the security guard follows me as if I were a thief, it is completely disrespectful and uncomfortable...Why are there cameras on the market? I don't need bodyguards, if you don't want customers, close your doors.

Love the Shop the situation and surroundings. Prices are increasing olive bread Roll has gone up 5p to 70p each now was 75p disappointed to see fresh meat and fish counter not open .Love your plants so often buy if deals on them .

Some issues with their freezers and fridges so most looked barren. Otherwise OK and got what we needed.

First time visit. Lovely clean store, able to see the aisles signs more clearly than other stores which was helpful. Store laid out in such a way didn't feel hemmed in like the stores near where I live. Plenty of stock so did manage to get what I needed. Shelves nice and tidy. Didn't see any staff on the shop floor and used the self service tills and therefore can't comment on the staff though. Overall a very pleasant shopping experience.

This supermarket is good, um you can find a lot of good staff here, and some of them you can?t find in the other supermarkets. However, it is a bit more expensive. It is worth visiting.Parking lot is big and will not be a problem!
