Service is bad, they all sit on the computer pretending to be doing something. Poor attitude l stood there for nearly 15minute no one spoke to me.

Very helpful staff. Was there to acquire a broadband service. The willingness and the patience to assist by the staff that attended to me deserved to be commended. I got what i required, and i left the shop more than satisfied. Would be recommending them to all my circle.

Very disappointing service from this store . Ordered a smart watch on the 14/10 , still haven't received it, and no updates available. Been in 3 times , contacted customer care line 3 times who are way more helpful but the situation is not in their hands. Watch was delivered by DPD to the store 2 days ago . Haven't received any communication or sms to say its ready for collection. Manager and staff just say its not their fault its a system glitch I must basically be patient as they are working on it . Still haven't heard anything despite being told it "should" be resolved within 24hrs . They probably won't even care that I am complaining. So I feel completely helpless at this point.

Really helpful staff , especially Georgia , found the phone I needed for my son . After being basically ignored by the staff in the O2 shop in Swindon , after having to make an appointment to see them . Won't be using O2 again .

Had issue with new SIM. Georgia Swindon Shop went above and beyond to solve problem. All now good. Excellent service well done.

Quite unhelpful, asked to speak to a member of staff regarding adding another line to my account. My husband has already spoken to someone earlier in the day and i went in with him to see if we could find out more. Originally told we would have to wait for the member of staff hubby had spoken to. After seeing 3 members of staff sitting around i asked to just speak to someone else. He then said that it wouldn?t be fair on his staff member in question. I then replied saying that that isn?t really my problem and i just want to speak to a member of staff. He was quite rude and marched me over to someone who was free. Luckily she was helpful.Avoid the blonde chap in the shop. Arrogant, rude, and clearly just caring about commission and not customer service.

Raised a complaint on Sunday morning. 48 hours later no one has called me with a resolution as promised. Signed up for a contract, number was disconnected from previous provider and now 8 days with no connection to any network! I expected more from Vodafone!

Went to move to contract after bing with Vodafone PAYG for 20-25 years. I asked for my P.A.Y.G number to be moved over, I asked for parental settings to be removed, I was told I could choose 2 of the 5 entertainnment packages for free as it comes inc with the contract, I was told I'd get a free data transfer from my old phone to my new one, i paid the 50 up front only to then be told they never had it in the colour (Samsung s23) I wanted they only had it in pink! After paying £50 up front and now being tied into the contract they didn't do NONE OF THE ABOVE and what's more try to charge my £25 for the data transfer!! I spent 2 DAYS ON THE PHONE to Vodafone customer service while they ended up doing everything and refunded my £25 the customer service team was excellent in how they handled my complaint. However I can not say anything positive about Connor (the manager of Vodafone store) I found him to be very arrogant and etreamly un helpful as he jus sat there at his desk on his computer rather than come and deal with the situation. I came back later that day after being told by Vodafone to make a official complaint I would have to do it through the store. I asked to see the manager and he POINT BLANK REFUSED to come down and see me. Disgusting behavior and customer service from the manager!

If you need a service, you won't find it here! If you still decide to buy a phone or connect to the Internet, be sure to check the terms of the contract and how much you will need to pay. But unfortunately, even this may not help you. They promise one thing, but in fact it is completely different. I do not recommend Vodafone!!!

Amazing job by Nick today he couldn't have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and he was very knowledgeable. As soon as our contracts are finished elsewhere we will be moving the whole family over. Great member of staff.
